Kane joins the Underground Gambling Championship for revenge and defeats Holland, only to uncover the shadowy Silver Moon Council. He wins at Eclipse Casino and proposes to Vera. The Council paroles Raymond and plans to trap and eliminate Kane at the gaming summit.
